CYBEMY offers subscriptions providing access to online cybersecurity training, including courses, learning pathways, exams and certificates depending on the plan selected. Full details of each offer are available on the Pricing page.

3. Pricing

All prices are stated in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes. CYBEMY reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The prices applicable are those in effect at the time of subscription. Existing subscribers are not affected by a price increase until their subscription renews.

4. Payment

Payment is made online securely through our provider Stripe. Accepted payment methods are specified during the subscription process. CYBEMY does not store any banking or card data.

5. Subscription and Renewal

Subscriptions are taken out on a monthly basis and renew automatically at each billing date, unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, at no extra cost. Access to Premium content remains active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. To do so, contact us at legal@cybemy.com.

You expressly acknowledge that immediate access to digital content after subscription entails waiver of this right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable regulations.

7. Refunds

Outside of the right of withdrawal, no refund will be issued for periods already started. In the event of a technical issue attributable to CYBEMY that prevents access to the service, a pro-rata refund will be considered upon request.

8. Access to Content

Access to content is strictly personal and non-transferable. Any commercial use, resale or account sharing is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the subscription without refund.

9. Liability

CYBEMY is committed to providing continuous access to subscribed courses. CYBEMY shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
