2. Products and Services
CYBEMY offers two categories of commercial products:
- Digital subscriptions — recurring access to the CYBEMY Academy (courses, learning pathways, Labs, CTF challenges, certificates), available at academy.cybemy.com/pricing.
- Professional services — security consulting, security audits, penetration testing, corporate awareness training programmes, school programmes, and individual mentoring sessions. These are scoped and priced on a per-engagement basis.
Part A — Digital Subscriptions
A1. Pricing
All subscription prices are stated in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes. CYBEMY reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The price applicable is that in effect at the time of subscription. Existing subscribers are not affected by a price increase until their subscription next renews.
A2. Payment
Subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe. Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout. CYBEMY does not store any banking or card data.
A3. Subscription and Renewal
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and renew automatically at each billing date unless cancelled beforehand. You may cancel at any time from your account settings at no extra cost. Access to content remains active until the end of the current billing period.
A4. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. To do so, contact us at legal@cybemy.com.
You expressly acknowledge that immediate access to digital content after subscription entails waiver of this right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable regulations.
A5. Refunds
Outside of the right of withdrawal, no refund will be issued for periods already started. In the event of a technical issue attributable to CYBEMY that prevents access to the service, a pro-rata refund will be considered upon request.
A6. Access to Content
Access to Academy content is strictly personal and non-transferable. Any commercial use, resale or account sharing is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the subscription without refund.
Part B — Professional Services
B1. Engagement and Scope
Each professional service engagement (consulting, security audit, penetration test, training programme, mentoring) is governed by a specific engagement agreement (or Statement of Work) signed by both parties prior to commencement. That agreement defines the scope, deliverables, timeline and fees applicable to the engagement, and takes precedence over these Terms of Sale where they conflict.
B2. Pricing and Quotation
Professional services are priced on a per-engagement basis. All fees are quoted in euros (€) exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. A written quotation or proposal is provided before any commitment is made. CYBEMY reserves the right to adjust fees if the agreed scope changes materially during the engagement.
B3. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in the engagement agreement, a deposit of 30% of the total fee is due upon signature. The balance is invoiced upon delivery of the final report or at project completion. Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue by bank transfer. Late payments are subject to statutory late-payment interest under French commercial law.
B4. Cancellation
The right of withdrawal applicable to consumer digital products (Part A) does not apply to professional service engagements. Cancellation terms are defined in the engagement agreement. In the absence of specific terms, cancellation less than 5 business days before the scheduled start date may result in the deposit being retained to cover preparation costs already incurred.
B5. Confidentiality
CYBEMY treats all information shared in the context of a professional service engagement as strictly confidential. A mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed before sensitive information is exchanged. Deliverables and findings are intended solely for the client and may not be shared with third parties without CYBEMY's written consent.
B6. Liability
CYBEMY is committed to delivering professional, high-quality work. CYBEMY's liability for any professional service engagement is limited to the total fees paid for that specific engagement. CYBEMY shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
3. Applicable Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
