1. Purpose

By visiting this website or using any CYBEMY service, you unconditionally accept these Terms of Use.

2. Services Offered

CYBEMY provides the following services:

• Online education: cybersecurity courses, learning pathways, certificates, Labs and CTF challenges via the CYBEMY Academy.
• Professional security services: security consulting, security audits, and penetration testing for organisations.
• Corporate training: cybersecurity awareness programmes and school outreach programmes.
• Mentoring: one-on-one guidance sessions for individuals.

3. Account Access

Access to certain features (courses, Labs, CTF) requires creating an account on academy.cybemy.com. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. CYBEMY reserves the right to suspend or delete any account found to be in violation of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content across CYBEMY websites and platforms (courses, videos, texts, methodologies, reports, logos, materials) is the exclusive property of CYBEMY. Any reproduction, copying, resale or redistribution, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use CYBEMY websites or services to:

• Share unlawful, abusive or defamatory content.
• Attempt to access systems, accounts or resources without authorisation.
• Resell, redistribute or commercially exploit CYBEMY content or services without written agreement.
• Disrupt the normal operation of the services or infrastructure.
• Use knowledge or materials obtained from CYBEMY for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

6. Professional Service Engagements

All professional security service engagements (consulting, audits, penetration tests, training programmes) are subject to a specific engagement agreement signed by both parties prior to the start of work. That agreement, together with these Terms of Use, governs the engagement. Any security testing activities performed by CYBEMY are strictly limited to the scope, systems and timeframes defined in the signed agreement.

7. Service Availability

CYBEMY strives to keep its platforms and website available at all times. However, interruptions for maintenance or due to force majeure may occur. CYBEMY shall not be liable for damages resulting from temporary unavailability.

8. Amendments

CYBEMY reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Academy users will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of the services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before taking legal action. Failing agreement, the courts of the jurisdiction of CYBEMY's registered office shall have sole competence.
